Las contraseñas pueden ser un dolor de cabeza, ya que no son fáciles de recordar para la mayoría, y sin embargo, las piden en todos lados. Algunas recomendaciones para tener buenas prácticas con tus contraseñas son:
- Crea contraseñas de almenos 8 digitos. Las contraseñas largas pueden ser fastidiosas pero son muy necesarias, intenta siempre que cumplan con al menos 8 digitos entre letras y números.

- Que no aparezca en el diccionario. Trata de evitar el uso de tu nombre, palabras comunes, o secuencias seguidas como el famoso 1234. Muchos expertos recomiendan utilizar frases largas, como partes de canciones o textos que te sean fáciles de recordar.
¿Demasiado que recordar?
Si el problema es que usas demasiados passwords, puedes administrarlos con una herramienta de gestión de contraseñas como Lastpass, o si utilizas Mac puedes utilizar Keychain (nativo). Sin embargo, sin buenas prácticas para la creación y gestión de contraseñas, utilizar cualquier herramienta podría no dar el resultado esperado.
